ASU Chi Omega

During my time as a member of Arizona State University's Panhellenic Sorority, Psi Epsilon Chapter of Chi Omega. I was appointed three leadership roles. Below you can see what each role entailed:

Housing Manager - Managing the members who lived in the Chi Omega House. Organizing the room assignments, organizing chores and other responsibilities. Attending bi-weekly Panhellenic meetings with all other housing managers. Hosting bi-weekly inspections of house. Addressing any concerns within the household. Holding bi-weekly meetings with household. Organizing events and activities based on a given budget for the household. Maintaining stock of supplies for household.

Design Chair - Working with a budget to re-furnish the Chi Omega House's Chapter Room. See below for my concepts and finished installment.

Executive Recruitment Chair - I was nominated/selected by the house to represent Chi Omega and lead as their recruitment chair. My role entailed the following: Developing a budget for the Panhellenic recruitment event. Planning and leading 10 full days of workshops to 100+ Chi Omega members, teaching them about the requirements, standards and rules of recruitment process for the ASU Panhellenic Organization and the National Chi Omega Chapter. Curating outfit concepts for the 6 recruitment days, as well as designing and purchasing promo week apparel, including 6 t-shirts and a backpack. Designing the 4 looks and themes for the recruitment rooms, including table/wall décor, branding signage and room layout. Co-leading the recruitment event with our Executive President, interacting with 1400+ new members.

I was appointed Design Chair of the sorority. My role was to work with a budget and refurnish the Chi Omega House's Chapter Room. I created three different pallets and presented them to the chapter to vote on. We went with the first of the three options you see above. Within the space it was decorated with many Chi Omega apparel, branding and awards. The focus of the space was to be a community room celebrating the sisterhood of the sorority. Below you can see some imagery of the final results.
