Project Name. Fountain Grove Property

Project Location.  Santa Rosa, California

​

Objective.  My father acquired 5 acres in the Fountain Grove neighborhood located in Santa Rosa, California. His plans are to subdivide and develop 5 separate properties. I worked with him in drafting up a map of the 5 potential layouts of each property. We then started to move forward with coming up with concepts for the design on the architecture of the buildings. Seen below, you can see one of my renditions of a residential house we came up with for one of the fist buildings on the lot. This project is in progress.
