Project Client. T-Mobile
Project Phases. Building Environment, Test Fit, Design Development, Construction Documents
Objective. Executing store designs that meet the brand standards and operational requirements for the national retail client T-Mobile.
My Role. As a Design Manager, I work on stores across the county. With each new store, I analyze existing building plans, re-design the interior space per the clients programming requirement and standards. I then create 3D Sketchup models based on floor plans and existing site photos. I generate schedules of the furniture and fixtures in each site, and then draft a full construction document set following IBC standards across the country.
I produced these renders, which show an example of what a typical new store interior looks like.

These renders I produced are for a particular T-Mobile site that needed an extra re-fresh to the exterior façade. For each T-Mobile site, I produce a full construction document set that includes an egress plan, demo plan, floorplan, reflected ceiling plan, finish plan, power plan, elevations, and all corresponding construction details.
