My Role. To layout and create different rendered options of the furniture in the community space for this new office floor. Selecting different furniture pieces in a  variety of finishes, while also starting to add graphics and branding moments throughout the rest of the space.

You can see in these two renders, a variation of the furniture pieces and layout. In the bottom render, the variation shows an added glass partition between the community shared space and the workstations. This was something that the client was interested in seeing to determine whether the added divider for the functions  of spaces was a nice touch
